TaskBucks is an app which pays you for many activities and tasks. You can use the cash earned to recharge or transfer it to paytm.
TaskBucks is available for both Android & iOS.

You can earn Rs.1-100 per app that you download from the “Today’s apps: Install & Earn Paytm cash” section.
Play & Win:
Every hour you can win Rs.50 paytm cash by playing quizzes.
The contest is held every hour and the top scorer wins Rs.50 in his/her paytm wallet. You get 1 attempt to play quiz every hour.
The quiz has 10-20 questions. Each question will have 4 options to choose from. You get 10 seconds to answer each question.
For every right answer, you get +10 points and -5 for each wrong answer.
If multiple users have the same high score the reward will be given to one user randomly.
Refer & Earn:
You can earn Rs.18 per referral who joins through your referral link and installs an app.
If you manage to refer 3 friends in a day you can earn up to Rs.63:
1st referral = Rs.18
2nd referral = Rs.20
3rd referral = Rs.25
(they must complete an app download offer for you to earn the referral bonus)

Well, that really depends on your luck and the work you put in. If you rely on app install offers to earn you’ll roughly be able to make Rs.50-100 a month or more depending on the offers. Sometimes you’ll be able to earn Rs.50-100 for just one app.
With Play & Win you can earn Rs.50 every hour but even if you answer all the questions correctly you can’t be completely sure of your reward. Because every hour 5-10 users have the same(high) score as all their answers are correct. Then TaskBucks randomly picks a winner from all the high scorers.
