On 23 March 2018, Saavn announced merger with JioMusic in a deal worth more than $1 billion.
The merger is complete now and Saan has been renamed as JioSaavn with a new logo and color scheme.
JioSaavn app has been made available for iOS while the layout of the app is mostly retained Jio users can enjoy JioSaavn pro for 90 days for free.
To avail the offer:
- Download the JioSaavn app from the apple store. The app has a file size of about 79MB and requires iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 8.0 and above.
- Open the app and register with your Jio number.
- You’re good to go.
Currently, the app has only been updated on iTunes. So Android users will have to wait. But they will get the update soon as Saavn has assured the Android users on Twitter.
